Rescue 313 Orphans & Widows of Gaza

We challenge our supporters to rescue 313 orphan and widow families in Gaza in honour of the heroic companions of the Prophet (pbuh) who fought to defend Islam in the Battle of Badr.

Gaza’s orphans and widows are fighting for their lives. Since the 7th of October, 10,000 children have been orphaned and 3,000 women have become widows.

In any conflict, women and children are the main victims of war, this could not be any truer for the people of Gaza! Where 10,000 children have been orphaned and 3,000 women have become widows since the 7th of October.

Many orphans of Gaza have no one to look after them, with Unicef reporting that at least 17,000 children are unaccompanied or separated from their families. Child mortality, hunger, and psychological trauma are all reaching unprecedented heights.

The innocent children of Gaza deserve better than what the international community is doing for them. They deserve care and protection.

As for the widows of Gaza their lives have been turned upside down in a matter of minutes. Having lost their husband to the ongoing massacre, they are often left to fend for themselves, grieving, struggling and in desperate need of your support.

Many times these courageous widows are now forced to head fatherless families while coping with their own mental and physical challenges.

We are a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, injustice, deprivation or lack of skills and economic opportunities.
